NO more soak and sauna after June 14th 2008. We have tried to make a go of it here and we are sad to report that we will close the facility on the last day of June. Come for a soak and sauna up til then.

March 2007

Even more hours for your sauna and soak enjoyment start March 18th, 2007 when Sunday Sauna-Days return! UVH will be open for tub and sauna members from noon to six each Sunday.

Be sure to ask your massage therapist or other health care provider if they offer Sunday hours so that you can combine your soak with a massage or other treatment.

November 2006

Extended hours are here. Mid-week soak and sauna until 7PM - that's Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Sundays UVH is closed. LMTs and practitioners may offer different hours from the tubs so be sure to ask for appointment times that work with your schedule. UVH always tries to accomodate your needs - so please ask us.

October 2006

We will be open until 6PM six days a week. Sundays UVH is closed. Our LMTs and practitioners may keep hours that vary from the tub area so be sure to ask for appointments that fit your lifestyle. We may be able to accomodate your schedule. We look forward to seeing you soon.

February 2006

More hours for you to soak and sauna at UVH start March 1st, 2006. Mid-week we will be open until 7PM. Join us late on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We are open noon to 6PM Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays. So come down and relax as the days get longer. We will be here for you til seven in the middle of the week.

A new year is well under way. Thinking about all the newness got us thinking about you our beloved members and guests. We thought up some great new specials to bring to you throughout the coming year. So keep coming back to check on what we are up to.

We start off with a Liquid Sunshine Web Special that waives the member joining fee. That's right, no fee from now until the first of April, 2006. Now is the time to sign up friends and family so that you can enjoy the tubs together all year round.

September 2005

Summer's sunny days are shortening but here at Uptown Village Health our hours just got longer! Starting now (September18th) UVH is OPEN Sundays from 12-6. Come and enjoy the sunlight and swirling waters on any given Sunday.

 JULY 2005

PLEASE NOTE: UVH will change to summer hours this month. Starting July 31st, 2005 Uptown Village Health will be CLOSED Sundays.

We will re-open for Sunday soak and sauna on September 4th, 2005.

So - NO SUNDAYS in August - Join us anytime from 12 noon to 6 PM Monday thru Saturday. See you at the tubs!

Summer days are treating us to sunshine and warmth. We invite you to share the sweet summer feelings by joining Uptown Village Health FREE. Now through September 1st, 2005 we'll waive our membership fee when you come to soak and sauna.

March 2005

Mostly for the safety and comfort of all our guests we've made some little changes around the spa.

Starting immediately, we require that all cell phones and similar PDAs be checked with the attendant at the front desk. A relaxing time means unplugging for the time that you are here. Ongoing, often loud, conversations and the potential of photos being taken have lead us to implement this change.

If you are expecting an important call, just let us know. We'll notify you if your phone rings while you are in session.

Also glass containers and the tiled floors never mix well. So please plan on using only non-breakable containers during your visit. This includes beverage as well as health and beauty product containers.

We hope that these changes will have a positive impact for both guests and staff and we welcome your comments. Please let us know what you think.

March is not roaring in this year so we'll have to go with the lambs and simply take time to enjoy the sunshine. The tubs are getting more minutes of light every day and we can really tell that Spring is ready to, well, spring!

Buds and flowers can be seen all over town. Yards are coming alive with lots of color and sweet scents.
